Suvendu Ghoshal

Suvendu heads White Windows Consulting India, currently working with over 60 clients in variety of industries. Some of his key learning interventions are self effectiveness, change management, leadership development, team building, emotional intelligence, managerial effectiveness, performance management and succession planning. With over 23 years corporate experience, Suvendu has held leadership positions with Hewitt Associates, Xansa (now Steria India Ltd.), Airtel, JCT & has also worked with Samtel Group. A Research Fellow with India's Management Development Institute (Gurgaon), and a visiting Professor at India`s leading management schools. Suvendu is co-author of `Building Business Capability: Perform or Perish', a book on innovative HR practices . He has personally led over 20,000 hours of training. His HR expertise include : Competency Management, Organization Design & Restructuring, Retention Strategy, Performance Management, Role Portraits, HR Policy/Processes making, Assessment Centre, Employee Engagement Programmes, Key Talent Progammes.

With over 40 years in the Corporate World, worked with JBM Group as President, with Caparo India as Managing Director, with Global Auto Tech as CEO, with Talbros as Executive Vice President, and also with L&T, Sriram Group etc. He is a IT BHU graduate and is also an alumnus of VJTI, Mumbai.

Sharmila Banerjee

A result oriented and dynamic professional, Ms Sharmila Banerjee spent almost twenty five years in the Corporate world as a part of Senior management . She has been a senior media professional with over 25 yrs of experience in all formats of Media content, Management, Networking and related spheres including Creative, Production, Distribution and Corporate aspects of Media � Print & Electronic, both domestic and overseas.

She is adept at managing her career, while also being passionately committed to the cause of Women in Leadership.

Sharmila`s academic qualification of MBA comes handy in her widespread role of heading the Marketing & Media teams for large Corporates, the bachelors and masters� degree in English Literature facilitates her command over creative content. She has been a Research Scholar in journalism, having worked extensively on the topic � �Importance of media on women and girl child�.

Her long and successful career stride includes successful amalgamation of the creative and Management nuances of the Print, Electronic and Corporate aspects of Communication & Media.

She is an active member of the Social Service Club who believes in making cause based films. As a varied film maker she has created television content in the space of documentaries, home entertainment & popular serials, corporate films and advertisement films.

Sharmila has won three National Level Women Leadership awards in last 2-years and several accolades for her contribution to the media sector. She is continuously striving for a balanced leadership in Corporate India and women�s cause.

An active corporate mentor in JSW and other Leadership forum, she has recently shortlisted and received Asian Women�s Leadership Award in Malaysia and attended a special program On Mentoring & Leadership with the reputed Harvard Business School. She has worked in leadership role with organisations like JSW, L&T, Ashok Leyland, Gulf Oil, ESPN, Disney and India Today Group. With her forays in journalism and film making in human issues she has deep understanding of human resources.

In his current role he leads Business Consulting Practice for SMEs & Corporates for Speedier Execution of Business Strategy and Improved Service Performance. In the past he has managed large scale HR & Operations in IT, BPO & Manufacturing environment and has led senior roles in Patni Inc USA & Patni India (Now iGATE), Scicom (Now Wipro) and Samtel Group.

He is a certificate Assessor / Trainer ( with 10,000+ training hours) ?and has participated in Harvard University & MIT Sloan�s in-campus open programs on management, engineering & business disciplines at Boston, USA. Manish by qualification is a B.E. Electronics from MNIT Allahabad and MBA from (FMS Delhi).

Mr S Lakshminarayanan is a non-executive Director on our Board. He holds master's degree in Science in Chemistry and post graduate diploma from University of Manchester (U.K) in Advanced social and Economic studies. He was a member of the Indian Administartive Service and as such held several senior positions in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting of the Government of India and in the Department of Tourism, Culture and Public Relations, Department of Mines, Mineral Resources, Revenue and Relief and rehabilitation of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. He has served as the Managing Director of the state Apex Co-operative Bank and Cooperative Oil Seed Growers Federation Limited and has served as Director of several Public Sector Undertakings in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Currently he is on Board of Sun Group Enterprise Private Limited, Shriram Automall India Limited, Shriram Life Insurance Company Limited to name a few.
